As Projects Director for ADR Group Dr John Fletcher has developed ADRg’s fast-growing South African joint ventures with the Africa Centre for Dispute Settlement at the Graduate Business School of the University of Stellenbosch; Convirgente in Portugal; and Convirgente Brazil in Sao Paulo. He has worked with the government of Mauritius to develop an Indian Ocean Bowl Mediation Hub

Charles Crawford played a leading personal role in negotiating with war crimes suspects and bringing together former enemies in post-conflict Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1996/98. Since leaving the FCO at the end of 2007 he has led two pioneering courses in international mediation training for the European Commission (DG RELEX) as part of the European Union’s preparation for an increased EU role in international mediation

ADRg Ambassadors International Mediator Training Programme is given in English in two modules in a training or private coaching format, with the professional emphasis suited to individual client requirements

ADR Group has ISO 9002 quality certification and is accredited in England by the Civil Mediation Council, the Law Society and the Bar Council
